- Serve as a senior-level engineer in Amazon's Operations & IT Services group, providing advanced technical support across Windows, macOS, Linux, servers, network, and systems infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents that Tier 1/2 teams are unable to fix, including complex hardware failures, OS conflicts, network outages, and server issues
